This work model offers the workers with flexibility, mental freedom and option to work from home or anywhere what they want. And this hybrid work helps to employees to increase work and life balance. With several businesses expanding their reach across countries
with the aid of digital marketing, entrepreneurship serves as a focal point to the study of the rise of the
work’s hybrid system. Digitalization has been a tool of advantage in many entrepreneurs’ hands, such
that what used to seem impossible many years back is now being achieved by individual businesses (La
Porta, 2021). . If anyone is being ascribed to how feasible it is to work
remotely, this validation has to be accorded to freelancers. Bloggers, writers, content creators, and
creatives, in general, are highly responsible for being the effective example of working remotely from
anywhere in the world (Hermann & Paris, 2020).

The hybrid work model is flexible arrangements of that allow people to work both site and off site. It builds up different relationships in office environment. Noe the worlds largest organizations using this work model because it increases productivity.

Employee should have more flexibility and then employer can achieve their goals and targets.

Employees can feel they are more connected to the team members and it makes employees feel more connected to organizational goals and team pursuits, upping work satisfaction levels.
- Secure and scalable
No sustainable hybrid remote work environment can exist without heightened data and systems security. Investing in the right ecosystems and tools that offer maximum security and safety are critical to high-performing hybrid remote work environments.
What are the types of hybrid work
- Flexible hybrid working model
Employees can choose a working place and environment and the working hours according to their day to day job priorities.
- Fixed hybrid work model
The organization sets the days and times employees are allowed to work remotely or go into the office.
- Office first work model
Employees are expected to be on-site but have the flexibility to choose a few days a week to work remotely
- Remote first work model
Employees work remotely most of the time with occasional visits to office for team building, collaboration, and training.

Companies can provide flexible solutions for their employees to work safety and effectively. There are so many work models in HR. But companies offering both work from home and work from site because of high productivity. When they are using hybrid work style employees always with good mental health. So it is always helps to employees to work with positive mind and work with high job satisfaction. All this need to drive the companies in to the success and achieve the goals.

Great write-up on hybrid work! It's clear that this work model offers many benefits to both employees and organizations. I completely agree with the author's view that the hybrid work model is a win-win situation for both employers and employees. According to Briscoe, Schuler and Tarique (2012), this work model offers the employees flexibility and mental freedom to work from anywhere, which can increase work and life balance. It is a secure and scalable model that requires investing in the right ecosystems and tools that offer maximum security and safety (Clegg, Courpasson and Phillips, 2006). This model provides employees with more flexibility, which ultimately helps employers achieve their goals and targets (Marchington and Wilkinson, 2020). Additionally, it can improve trust between employers and employees, and increase employees' work satisfaction levels (Lawler and Boudreau, 2015).
